ADL stands for "Activities of Daily Living." These are the fundamental tasks we do every day to take care of ourselves and our homes. Our support focuses on helping you perform these tasks as independently as possible.

Regular support often focuses on doing a task for you. Capacity Building is about doing the task with you, teaching you the techniques and building your confidence so you can eventually do more on your own.

Absolutely. We look at the specific goals in your plan like learning to cook or using a bus, and create a step-by-step approach to help you reach them at a pace that feels right for you.
