How We Support You?

Check out how we provide stability and consistency during your transition to long-term housing:

  • Safe & Secure Housing: Fully accessible and comfortable environments where you can feel at home immediately.

  • Seamless Care Continuity: We work with your existing support team to ensure your daily routine remains unchanged.

  • Transition Support: Assistance with the logistics of moving and settling into your temporary space.

  • Maintenance & Utilities: A worry-free stay where we handle the household essentials so you can focus on your goals.

  • Community Access: Ongoing support to stay connected with your local friends, family, and activities.

Your Questions, Answered.

  • The NDIS typically funds MTA for up to 90 days. This is intended to give you a stable place to live while you wait for your permanent home, such as a SIL property or specialist disability accommodation, to become available.

  • You generally need a confirmed long-term housing offer or a clear plan for where you will be moving. We can help you understand what documentation is required to secure this funding in your plan.

  • MTA funding specifically covers the cost of the accommodation (the "bricks and mortar"). Your personal care and daily support are usually funded separately through your Core Supports budget, which stays with you when you move.
